About Me
Hello! I’m Karla White, also known as, Southernblendboss. I am pretty much an open book and I wear my heart on my sleeve. I believe every experience I’ve had has taught me something and I want to share those experiences to help teach others.
I began my hair journey in 2006 while attending Kuene Academy in Lawrenceville, Ga. After graduating I worked in renowned salons in metro Atlanta before making my home at Salon DM3 in Athens, Ga. Over the last 15 years, I have attended countless hours of education making sure I am providing exceptional service and the most up-to-date techniques. Behind the chair, I specialize in Luxury Blondes, Natural Reds, Layered blended haircuts and Hand-tied Extensions.
I have developed my own signature techniques that I use to give the most natural healthy blondes, reds, and bouncy long-lasting haircuts. In September of 2024, I began the journey of salon ownership when my husband and I opened Haven and Mane. As the owner I get to teach the next generation of hair stylist, allowing them to create successful careers and beautiful hair.
